This ANZAC cookies recipe is an easy bake and delicious.
Preheat oven to 160 degrees C
Line bake tray with non stick bake paper
Melt butter if too hard then allow to be cooled
Mix with syrup and sugar dissolved well
Mix into the remaining ingredients in mixer bowl with spoon to combine
Spoon onto prepared tray, leaving 5cm inbetween for spread allowance
Bake for 15 mins or until golden
Remove from oven and allow to cool on tray for 5mins, transfer to cooling rack for further cooling. Serve.
