This ANZAC cookies recipe is an easy bake and delicious.

 130 g Soft Unsalted Butter
 2 tsp Golden Syrup
 120 g Light Brown Sugar
 120 g All Purpose Flour
 1 cup Rolled Oats
 120 g Desiccated Coconut
 1 tsp Baking powder

Preheat oven to 160 degrees C

Line bake tray with non stick bake paper

Melt butter if too hard then allow to be cooled

Mix with syrup and sugar dissolved well

Mix into the remaining ingredients in mixer bowl with spoon to combine

Spoon onto prepared tray, leaving 5cm inbetween for spread allowance

Bake for 15 mins or until golden
