125g unsalted soft butter

1/3 cup maple syrup
3/4 cup plain flour
1/4 cup cornflour
Preheat oven to 180 degrees C, [350degrees F],

Line baking trays with non stick baking paper.

To beater bowl add butter, vanilla and maple syrup until mixture is light and fluffy, stir in sifted flours.

Spoon mixture into piping bag. Pipe cookies 3cm’s apart on paper lined trays.

Bake for 15 mins. Cool of trays on cooling rack.
